11.–14.12.22 – Winter Simulation Conference 2022

Being efficient, just like the project autonomous integrated scheduling for semiconductor manufacturing, the project partners joined the Winter simulation conference hosted in the same city after the Singapore workshop. Systema and Nexperia presented their work in advanced methods to optimize semiconductor production by combining simulation, an event-driven dispatcher, a constraint solver, and a digital twin in an epitaxy production area. KIT, D-Simlab and Bosch showed a graph representation model for semiconductor manufacturing processes that uses representation learning to embed graph snapshots into a low-dimensional space for performance analysis and production planning. This event allowed partners to continue discussions, explore new ideas and share more details from the project.
